I purchased this book because of my love for Betty. I have always been a fan of hers. I remembered her from Mary Tyler Moore. Id be curled up with a blanket & pillow on the floor in front of the beautiful floor model TV we had. Can you imagine sitting these 2013 TVs on the floor? Now we hang them from the wall or ceiling. Oh how times has changed.
I expected it to be full of humor and was pleasantly surprised by the seriousness of some of her chapters. She gives a glimpse through her life as well as the humor we expect. She also shares some much needed for this generation life advice. Shes like a grandma we all get to share but with a dirty side.
Ok, you had me at dirty grandma... just kidding. Will have to check out Betty's book!
